Change of conditions - There is an existing infringement to the District plan HIRB for the south eastern boundary that is approved under this consent. Due to the construction of the parapet, the height of the parapet has increased by 310mm. This application is to apply for this extra height in relation to boundary infringement under the current Unitary Plan controls. Under these new controls the current height of the parapet and building do not exceed any height in relation to boundary controls
