Heavy rain during the severe weather events of early 2023 caused a landslip which exposed a manhole and damaged a wastewater pipe at the rear of the property at 20 Le Roy Terrace. Retrospective resource consent is sought for an above ground pipe to remain in place for more than 12 months. Permanent repairs at a later date are dependent upon construction of a retaining wall by the private prope rty owners
