It is proposed to construct a building for use as an information centre for Kainga Ora offering general information and sales inform ation to visitors to the Hobsonville Point area. The proposal seeks consent to move two SpaceCube units onto an area of vacant land on the corner of Launch and Bomb Point Road and to operate a significantly scaled back information centre for the next 2-3 year peri od. The SpaceCube buildings are small with an overall footprint of only 24m2.
