s87BA Boundary Activity The proposal is to fill in an existing carport built close to the SW boundary of the site to form a garage. The garage will have a fire rated concrete block side wall supporting the existing carport roof, 0.4 m off the boundary; The existing carport roof will be reduced back to the new wall. It is proposed to add 1.2 m in length (4.4 m²) to the front of the garage where a new timber clad sectional garage door will be installed. The total length of the garage will be 8.0 m. The existing painted timber pergola posts and rafters will remain at the front. The rear wall will have a pedestrian door and a window.
