**BUNDLED**to undertake a subdivision of rural lifestyle lots located at 771-773 Back Ormond Road, Gisborne (Lot 1 DP 5269, Lot 1 DP 1825, PT Lot DP 1825, and Lot 1 DP 3758) into six lots, and to allow for development of a dwelling on each new vacant lot. The proposed subdivision will result in five substandard sized lots within the Glenelg Road Area. Associated activities require consent for temporary damming and diversion, land disturbance, vegetation clearance, and a structure in a riparian management area to provide access to the rear of the site via a culvert crossing in a stream (MacLaurin's Drain). The proposal also requires consent NC-2023-111911-00 for subdividing a 'piece of land' that has had a Detailed Site Investigation ('DSI') that concludes soil contamination exceeds the applicable standard, under regulation 10(2) of the NES-CS.
