To remedy a slip that occurred as part of the February rain events it is proposed to install a retaining wall on the coastal edge of the property. This wall will be located part way down the coastal cliff. At the toe of the cliff a rock barrier will be formed fo r sediment control and to prevent further coastal erosion. Adjoining the dwelling a barrier pile wall will be installed as a precau tionary measure.
