**BUNDLED** to demolish the existing dwellings and accessory shed/garage located at Lots 1 and 2 Deposited Plan 541983, subdivide the two sites into 5 new lots, and construct a dwelling (attached to one side) within Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 (4 new dwellings in total). Lot 5 will be a jointly owned access lot (JOAL). The proposed Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 do not meet the Tairawhiti Resource Management Plan's minimum net site area requirements of the General Residential Zone. The consent includes some minor height recession plane (on the proposed dwellings within all the lots), and yards (on the proposed dwellings within Lots 1 and 4) infringements. Consent is also granted to carry out soil disturbance where contaminants for lead and asbestos exceed the 'Residential 10% Produce' land use scenario standards and does not comply with the permitted activity requirements under Regulation 8 of the National Environmental Standard for Assessing and Managing Contaminants in Soil to Protect Human Health 2011 (NES-CS).
