The dormer window will be located over the area of the existing upstairs bathroom also on the West facing roof area but moved further to the South. This is required to provide adequate floor area in the Bathroom as the floor level is being raised to the same level as the rest of the Upstairs floor area resulting in diminished headroom in the Bathroom area.
