There are 5 lots on the R.C and Scheme Plan. The position of the boundaries remains unchanged but the design of the dwelling on Lot 1 has been changed, due to a drainage easement that was going to be repositioned as intially this looked relatively straight forward but this has since proved to be more complex than first envisaged. Therefore it has been decided to redesign the dwelling on Lot 1 to accommodate the easement as it presently exists and to avoid needing to change it.
