Land use to clear approximately 960m2 of indigenous vegetation to establish access to, and a building platform and land area for on-site servicing on, proposed Lot 3. Cancellation of Consent Notice 9729734.3 (as varied by Instrument Number 10728584.2) registered against Lot 5 Deposited Plan 460905, to be replaced with new consent notices on proposed Lots 1-4 of the above subdivision. Cancellation of the existing easement for the purpose of conveying electricity, in favour of Buller Electricity Limited, created by Easement Instrument 9729734.5. This easement is no longer required as the existing electricity line will be realigned and put underground within the road reserve adjacent to the site as part of the above subdivision.
