A Flats plan has been prepared which shows Area Flat 2 . The building consent was issued in 1994 and has only just had its CCC iss ued. Now the CCC has issued, the revised Flats Plan can be lodged for processing by Auckland Council. The application is for the hal f share owned by Ruka Takamatsu. Technically the whole site is owned by the owners of Flats 1 and Area Flats 2, so I have include d the owners details of both properties in the application, being RT NA72D 700 and RT NA72D 701.
