The removal all evasive weeds from the Quarry face of the Maunga, primarily a group of privet located in the southeastern corner of the quarry, by way of manual dismantling and crane assisted removal. The removal of one approximately four metre high privet located adjacent to the eastern rim of the quarry face. The removal of five Hawthorne trees located adjacent to the western edge of the qua rry face. The removal of all remaining weed species up to and greater than 3 metres in height.
