The variation request seeks to increase the finished floor levels to ensure dwellings to be constructed on Lots 1-8 can be effectively and efficiently serviced for wastewater. This is to enable the minimum required gravity wastewater connections to be made to reticulated networks along Aeronautic Road and Aviation Street. The proposed Finished Floor Levels - FFLs - are proposed to be increased on each lot by either 150mm or 200mm in height - as specified within the attached Report.
