Since the consent was granted, the Omokoroa Golf Club (the Club) has continued to operate on the same site, however the current club building is or 40 years old now and needs to be renewed. The Club is proposing to build a new club house in the same location, the building will continue to be single storey, and the activity will remain the same as the original consent. In addition to the club house a cart shed also needs to be constructed, this will be next to the existing sheds on site
