Consent to construct a two storey residential dwelling on the subject site with a detached garage Vicki called to ask what this demand letters for. They never received an invoice until now. Advised her its for 3 Okoromai Views - new dwelling infringing driveway etc. She advised she paid the full amount to a third party to pay and lodge this with Council. She is not aware of this till now. She will investigate this and update us soon. 11/08/20 AU
