Additional area of earthworks has been proposed along the south eastern boundary to form a level pathway around the dwelling and retaining at the boundary. The pool has been shorted by 2m which resulted in a reduced area and volume of excavation. This has caused the total area of excavation to increase from 508.28m2 at the previously approved RC to 516.22m2 and total volume of earthworks to decrease from 278.11m3 at the previously approved RC to 268.34m3.
