The proposal involves the following: - Construction of a 65m² MHU (9.84m x 6.6m) by Keith Hay Homes with an adjoining 27.75m² deck; -The MHU will consist of two bedrooms facing west and an eastern facing open plan living, dining and kitchen area, together with a separate bathroom and will utilise weatherboard cladding with a ‘Coloursteel’ roof; - It is proposed to position the MHU approximately 24.5m from the existing dwelling, 8m from the western side boundary and 26m from the front boundary with Holdens Road; - Vehicular access to the proposed MHU will be via the existing vehicle crossing serving the principal household unit (PHU); - Wastewater and stormwater will be disposed onsite to Council’s approval; - Minor earthworks associated with the creation of the building platform would be required.
