Ryman proposes to construct, operate and maintain a comprehensive care retirement village at 250 Hingaia Road, Karaka. To facilitate this, Ryman also propose to subdivide the site at 250 Hingaia Road into three super lots, along with the establishment of an esplan ade reserve and road reserves. Infrastructure works are also proposed on two adjacent sites 254 Hingaia Road and an existing esplan ade reserve located at 198 Hingaia Road and within the road reserve of Hingaia Road.
