The records about a property in one dated PDF you can keep or pass on. Pick an address, pay by card, and it is in your inbox. No account needed.
Be informed of key legal information about a property
Most of what people buy a report for is already on the property page: our estimate of its value, the council valuation, its sales history, the title summary, zoning, natural hazards, schools and the suburb’s figures. The report adds the registered owners and the interests on the title, as a document with a date on it.
Search for the address, open the property and choose a report. Enter your email, pay by card and the PDF is emailed to you with a link to download it again later. You do not need an account.
Our estimate of what the property would sell for, the council valuation, its sales history, the title summary, zoning, natural hazards, schools and the suburb’s figures are all on the property page for nothing.
The registered owners and their shares are in the Title Details Report, taken from the title register on the day you buy it.
No. A report sets out the records held about a property. A bank or a court that needs a valuation needs one from a registered valuer.
We cannot copy reports bought elsewhere, so save those before the site closes. You can get a current report for the same address here.
