The project consist primarily of changes to internal room layout including the addition of an ensuite between two rooms on the east facing exterior wall. This has led to the need for an additional exterior window, as detailed in the plans. It is also proposed that one of two existing east facing windows in the addition to the rear, consented in 2005, is to be removed, as shown in the drawings. All other changes proposed are to interior walls and fittings.
