There are several Poplar trees on the eastern edge of the property bordering native bush. The trees are very tall and inhibit views of the native bush. In future they may become hazardous to a neighbouring property (8 Duffy Rd). We seek permission to remove these trees and replant natives: manuka and karamu, which are consistent with the surrounding native bush.
