The upgrade of an existing seawall and boat ramp adjacent to a property at 69 West End Road, which was reclaimed between 1895-1898. It is proposed to place a new rock masonry facing on the existing wall, and raise the crest height. Filling is proposed behind the wall to raise the backshore and prevent excessive inundation of the landward property. The boat ramps gradient and surface will be altered. Consent is also sought to regularise the area of reclamation under the current statutory regime.
