The proposal involves the construction of a new retaining wall at a maximum of 4m in height and the extension of the concrete foreco urt area onto a vacant grassed slope on the southern end of the site. This will require the relocation of an underground power line operated by Vector. The vehicular entrance-way into the site will also be relocated 13m south to improve access for tanker trucks in to the site.
