In order to install a new watermain within the berm in front of 199 Triangle Rd, and the construction of a new footpath on the south side of Triangle Rd, the works will encroach into the protected and structural root zone of a Council-owned street tree. It has been assessed that the level of encroachment will cause irreversible damage to the street tree and the retention of the tree is not achievable.
