Everything on this page is a summary of the register. It is not the instrument and cannot be relied on for a transaction. Party names are never shown here; they are on the document.
Easement Instrument 6618060.3
What the register says
Appurtenant hereto is a right of way and right to convey telecommunications, computer media, electricity, water and gas and drain stormwater and sewage
Subject to a right of way and right to convey telecommunications, computer media, electricity, water and gas and right to drain stormwater and sewage over part marked B on DP 358454
Titles affected at registration
One instrument can sit over several titles — a shared driveway easement, a mortgage over more than one property. It is one document whichever title it is ordered from.
The document
The instrument itself — what the easement instrument actually says. Added by people who hold a copy, and checked before anybody else can read it.
