This is an Interim Certificate of Title
This Certificate has (by effluxion of time) become "Conclusive" as to all matters EXCEPT the description and delinenation of the land. "Conclusive" is defined by Section 2 of the Land Transfer (Hawke's Bay) Act 1931. - 23.5.1938
