Subject to Section 27B State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986 (which provides for the resumption of land on the recommendation of the Waitangi Tribunal and which does not provide for third parties, such as the owner of the land, to be heard in relation to the making of any such recommendation)
Subject to Part IV A Conservation Act 1987
An instrument is the document behind an entry on the title — the mortgage itself, the easement terms, the transfer. Order one where you need to read what it actually says rather than that it exists. Party names are not shown here; they are on the document. The other entries are printed on the title without a document of their own — mostly rights the law keeps for the Crown, such as minerals, petroleum and the strip along a river or the coast. They go with the land.

A Record of Title is the legal record of ownership and registered interests. Ordering one does not notify the owner, and it does not change anything on this page — the summary above stays a summary.
