To change Condition 1 of Consent Notice 8289763.1, as it applies to Lot 3 DP 417058, to allow for the proposed dwelling and shed to be located in a location supported by a more recent engineering report. It is now proposed that Condition 1 reads as follows: Any development of Lot 3 DP 417058 will fully comply with the recommendations contained in either: a. The engineering report prepared by Ensurv, Project 2005889, dated 7 December 2007 and held on Marlborough District Council file U071360, or b. A subsequently updated engineering report provided to the satisfaction of the Marlborough District Councils Building Control Group Manager, or c. A new engineering report prepared by a chartered professional engineer for all proposed habitable buildings and other buildings with structural floor elements. The report must address the foundations for the proposed buildings and other associated site developments such as excavation or filling, access tracks, the removal or retention of vegetation, and the disposal of stormwater and sewerage.
