Landscaping, by way of new paved area around the pool is proposed as is a new 1.8m visually impermeable fence along the northern boundary and on the eastern side of the pool to provide privacy and screening of the pool area. A consent notice exists on the subject site that limits impervious area to a maximum of 600m2. This proposal will increase total impervious area to 690m2.
