Works within the protected root zone of nine trees and the removal of eight trees over 4m in height. Both works are within the Open Space Zone. These works are required to construct a footpath on Bush Road. The eight trees are to be required as they are in average to poor condition and have not received any maintenance for many years, the removal of these trees will reduce safety risk to footpath users and result in more appropriate species and tree locations. Replacement planting is proposed.
