Hi We had an intention to start the development this year. We also did the Building consent last year ,so that we could start the construction this year. But unfortunately bank has become very pedantic regarding the construction loans as there is a big shift in the housing market. that is why we had to delay the construction of the project for at least 2 to 3 years. hope you understand give us an extension for three years on top of the existing time limit.
