To pipe Caseys Creek through Lots 100 and 102 DP 536571 via a new 450mm pipe that is to connect to the existing pipeline that drains into the treatment system on Lot 200 DP 536571. A new 1200mm pipe will also be installed for future use, but will be capped in the meantime. A new road will then be constructed over the filled channel. The redundant portion of Caseys Creek (re-aligned on U160625.10) that runs along the north of Rembrandt Drive is to be filled.
